Many of us know how to cook instant noodles but how many of us know how unhealthy it is to our health? For a healthier choice, discard the packet of MSG, try blanching the instant noodles to get rid of the palm oil content then stir-fry the instant noodles and adding in some vegetables to your meal. Note: Usually instant noodles have 10 times oil content and has high sodium, with added MSG. Though it is easy and quick to cook but yet cheap and nice to eat, it is best not to eat them always. We really find goodness in this Spleen Soup as we felt much better after drinking it. This soup is can also treat bad cough & phlegm which is not due to covid too!
