Usually, when we eat peanut glutinous rice balls (花生汤圆), we don’t add the packet of peanuts inside. So, we can just accumulate them in the freezer until we have 4 or 5 packets, then we can start making this home-made Muah Chee. This way, there is no food wastage of the peanuts. However, we will need to grind these peanuts as they are still quite coarse. If you don’t have any at home, fret not, you may purchase the Camel Ground Peanut Powder (fine grain and don't have to grind at all) from big supermarkets like NTUC.
