I'm honestly getting a bit frustrated with my Infiniti Q50 lately. It's a 2018 model and I've been noticing this rough idle that comes and goes, and sometimes when I'm accelerating onto Sheikh Zayed Road it feels like there's a slight hesitation, almost like a misfire or maybe a fuel delivery issue. I took it to a garage near my office in Al Quoz and they just did a basic diagnostic and said everything looked fine, but clearly something is off because it's not driving the way it used to. I've been reading through some forums and it seems like these VQ engines can have issues with the throttle body or fuel injectors that don't always throw a code right away. I live in Al Barsha and I'd really prefer to find a place nearby so I don't have to drive all the way to Sharjah or something every time I need work done. I've heard that finding a place that can Al Barsha fix Infiniti engine issues properly is a bit of a challenge since not all mechanics are familiar with these engines, especially the ones with the direct injection. Does anyone here have experience with a workshop in that area that actually knows their way around an Infiniti and doesn't just guess and replace parts until something works? I don't mind paying a bit more for someone who actually knows what they're doing, I just want to get this sorted out before it turns into something more expensive.
